Ward v. Allied Mechanical and Electrical

Plaintiff filed suit against Defendant alleging violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act.  Plaintiff filed a motion to compel the production of documents and Defendant filed a motion in limine to preclude Plaintiff’s punitive damages claims.  On April 13, 2011, the Court granted Plaintiff’s motion to compel and granted Defendant’s motion in limine in part.  The Court denied the remainder of Defendant’s motion in limine without prejudice.
