James v. Stryker

Plaintiff filed suit against Defendant alleging claims of negligence, negligent misrepresentation, and fraud arising from injuries she allegedly suffered after using a “pain pump” manufactured by Defendant.  Defendant filed a motion to dismiss Plaintiff’s fraud claim.

On January 27, 2011 the Court denied Defendant’s motion to dimiss.
