Holton v. Harrisburg Housing Authority

Plaintiffs, a class of current and former residents of the William Howard Day Homes, filed a class action against the Harrisburg Housing Authority seeking declaratory and injunctive relief.  The suit arose when the Housing Authority began to relocate residents of the William Howard Day Homes in order to renovate the development.

On April 4, 2011, the Court approved a stipulation of the parties that Plaintiff Holton, with Defendants’ assistance, would relocate her family and that the relocation would not compromise Plaintiff Holton’s claims for herself or on behalf of the class.
