Boyce v. DeRose

Plaintiff James Boyce filed a civil rights action against several employees of the Dauphin County Prison alleging inhumane conditions at the prison.  Defendants filed two separate motions to dismiss the complaint.  On March 31, 2011, the Court issued a memorandum disposing of both motions to dismiss.  The Court granted one motion to dismiss in its entirety.  The second motion to dismiss was granted in part and denied in part.
