Ball v. Famiglio

Plaintiff Dawn Marie Ball filed a civil rights action against twenty-eight employees of the State Correctional Institution at Muncy.  On March 31, 2011, the Court issued an order disposing of Plaintiff’s fourth and fifth motions for appointment of counsel, Plaintiff’s motion for injunctive relief, and three motions to dismiss.  The Court denied Plaintiff’s motion for new counsel without prejudice and denied her motion for injunctive relief.  The Court granted one motion to dismiss in its entirety and granted in part the remaining two motions to dismiss.
